Established in 1981 with an initial enrollment of 24 students, Christian Fellowship School currently provides a college preparatory education to over 275 students from preschool through 12th grade. Students come from a variety of Christian backgrounds and denominations and represent over 40 different congregations in the Mid-Missouri area. CFS faculty and staff also have varied Christian backgrounds, but share a commitment to faith in Jesus Christ, in presenting a Biblical worldview in their subject areas, and in modeling Christian character. CFS is small enough to provide personal attention to every student, yet large enough to provide a variety of services, learning experiences, and activities to its students.
CFS partners with Christian parents to provide an academically challenging and Christ-centered education for the purpose of preparing students for a lifetime of Christian service. All the instructional goals and extracurricular activities of CFS are designed to train students in three primary areas: Knowledge. Faith. Character.
CFS students are regularly recognized for their academic, fine art, and athletic achievements. Over 90% of CFS graduates continue their education, having been accepted at over 90 different colleges and universities, with many receiving outstanding scholarships. CFS graduates have become leaders in their professions, in their communities, and in their churches. Today CFS is experiencing an increasing number of “second generation” students, highlighting the value alumni are placing on their education at Christian Fellowship School.
